A new job and an inherited house in your grandparents' old town should be the easy part, and for about five minutes it is, right up until the headaches start and someone puts a knife in your chest. Not exactly the welcome package you were expecting.

You spend your first days on the job meeting a string of beautiful women who are clearly hiding something, while trying to figure out who wants you dead and why your childhood necklace has started acting like it has opinions of its own. The attempted murder isn't a one-off scare either; it's the thread that pulls the whole story forward, tangled up with whatever these women actually are underneath the charm.

The game plays as a visual novel: you read through the town's growing list of complications, talk your way through relationships that are rarely as simple as they look, and chip away at the mystery of the assassin and the necklace as new scenes unlock. Save files can be named and deleted individually, or you can switch that naming off if you'd rather not bother, letting you track a mystery-heavy playthrough without fifteen identical "autosave" slots. There are no shortcuts through the plot itself, just more headaches, more women who aren't telling you everything, and a necklace that's only getting stranger.
